Payment Terms

A Non-Refundable downpayment is required before we can reserve your desired schedule. Once we receive your downpayment, your scheduled date is already secured. Downpayments should be made at least 5 Days before your desired tour date. For the months of April and May, downpayments should be made at least 7 Days before your desired tour date.

The Downpayment is to be paid via Cash Deposits on the BPI or Unionbank bank account of the “Caramoan Travel and Tours Services” representative that is assigned on your group. You pay the rest of the Balance once you arrive in Caramoan.

The number of pax or persons per group is based on the number of adults in your group. Kids are not counted from the number of pax or persons per group because they have a separate discounted rate.

Discounted rate for Kids is as follows:

3 yrs old and below – FREE
4 to 8 years old – 50% DISCOUNT
9 years old and up – NO DISCOUNT / Same Rate as Adults

For every 2 Adults in your group, 1 kid can avail of the discounted rate.
